# Now

Is 2026-07-29. Flying from Atlanta to Portland today for the Chain React Conference, the US-based React Native event. Going with 4 coworkers so that should be fun.

I often like to have side projects (work or personal) going during conferences. For this one I’m planning on:

- Continuing work on a game I’m vibe-coding for my son to help him learn to write. He loves monster trucks so you use your finger to drive the truck through the letter!
- Updating DocApp (where this document lives) for Expo UI
- Working on agent skills for work that keep an OpenSpec spec, tests, and app code in sync

Media:

- Playing: Denshattack! and Sonic Frontiers
- Listening to: Denshattack! soundtrack
- Reading: Wind and Truth
